The Astounding Sound Pavilion

Right from music to communication, sound is an essential part of everyday life. The origin of sound is a fascinating subject which is why, as part of the pavilion experience, ScienceAdda has carefully chosen a few topics covering the curriculum under sound.

The pavilion will have simple visualization examples such as ripple and waves at sea, followed by a series of silly but age-appropriate questions. For example, why is a wave always drawn in a sinusoidal shape? This will be followed by concepts from real life, such as music, audible ranges and ultrasound.
